Gas Scrubber

Typical application for this solution is separation of acids or basics gases from a flue gas. Separation can be done for chlorhydric acid or ammonia for instance.

Chemical cleaning of gases happens in the fixed bed. It allows an optimal contact between liquid and gases circulating at counter current. Using a fixed bed is efficient for dust removal with a size up to 1 μm. Using a fixed bed is simple and profitable, allowing to have an appropriate contacts between different phases. Expected treatment is obtained by adding adapted amount of liquid.

Using a fixed bed is efficient for dust removal, gas separation or stripping and humidification/evaporation.
